Continuing the mantra of blowing his own trumpet, United States President Donald Trump issued a volley of tweets, in public defence of his own mental stability.

There has been a spurt in the debate around Donald Trump’s mental health and his ability to lead the United States especially after his infamous ‘nuclear button tweet’ and the release of Michael Wolff's tell-all book "Fire and Fury: Inside the Trump White House which White House and Trump have ridiculed as full of lies.

Rejecting the possibility of being mentally unstable, President Trump tweeted saying the democrats and fake media was taking out the old Ronald Regan playbook, screaming mental stability and intelligence.

“Actually, throughout my life, my two greatest assets have been mental stability and being, like, really smart. Crooked Hillary Clinton also played these cards very hard and, as everyone knows, went down in flames. I went from VERY successful businessman, to top T.V. Star to President of the United States (on my first try). I think that would qualify as not smart, but genius....and a very stable genius at that!” Trump tweeted.
