3 High School Students Shot In Chicago, In Critical Condition

At least three high school students were shot outside a high school in Chicago’s south on Monday.

According to reports, the trio was outside Chatham Academy High School in Burnside. It is alleged that the gunman exited his vehicle and shot them multiple times.

The three unidentified survivor males age ranging from 16 to 18 remains in critical condition at the University of Chicago medical centre.

The 16-year-old is in critical condition and has been suffering from a gunshot wound to his left shoulder.

The other 17-year-old were shot on his first leg and 18 years old were shot to his right arm are also in critical condition suffering from extreme pain in the hospital.

The Chicago Police told the Sun-Times that one of the students among them is confirmed as a student of the high school but it is yet to confirm that the other two students were enrolled there or not.

Chicago Fire Department spokesman Larry Langford said the third victim was found a short distance away.

The other two who were shot found by paramedics at 90th Place, Langley Avenue and in the 700 block of East 90th Place.

Two people in connection with the crime have been questioned, police said.
