Rajasthan State Health Minister Kalicharan Saraf has been captured on camera, urinating on a wall in Jaipur. The picture has gone viral on social media and is grabbing the attention of people widely. The Minister, however, shrugged it off, saying it was "not a big issue."

The picture comes as the Jaipur Municipal Corporation is working hard to bring the city on the top charts under the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan. As per the state rules, urinating on roads is a punishable offense.

The Congress was quick to condemn. Party’s Rajasthan unit Vice President Archana Sharma called it a “shameful deed” especially at a time when the Government was spending money on the Swachh Bharat Mission. "This should not have happened by the minister in his own constituency," she added.

Another Congress leader Raghu Sharma reportedly said, “The government talks about Swachh Bharat Mission but the health minister is caught urinating in public. The government should be ashamed and must publicly apologise."

Archana Sharma also narrated a past incident which took place during Dholpur by-polls when they were going there together, Saraf did the same act - urinating publicly - on the way. She, however, failed to click a photo.

The BJP had faced major embarrassment after it lost all three by-polls two Lok Sabha and one Assembly, held late last month. The ruling party has been garnering media attention for all the wrong reasons.
