Mukkabaaz Song 'Paintra' Punches Into Vineet Kumar's Love Saga Through Hate [WATCH]

Anurag Kashyap has never believed in making the conventional films which have more probability of doing well on box office. The filmmaker has given Bollywood films like 'Gangs of Wasseypur' which brings the viewers closer to reality.

His upcoming film 'Mukkabaaz' is no different with Vineet Kumar Singh playing the struggling boxer, trying to earn fame despite being surrounded by politics and hateful environment. Debutante Zoya Hussain plays the actor's love interest.

Produced by Anand L Rai’s Colour Yellow Production and Anurag Kashyap’s Phantom Films, 'Mukkabaaz' revolves around the small town boxer who falls in love with a local politician's niece, who is against the relationship due to caste difference.

Irked of being publically humiliated by Jimmy Shergill's Bhagwan Das Mishra, Vineet's Shravan Kumar trains extensively under his coach (Ravi Kishan) to achieve his target of becoming a renowned boxer and prove himself.

The only song of the film 'Paitran' was released by the makers, which lets the viewers grasp the gist of the whole film and fall in love with the concept. The track is the perfect combination of EDM and hip-hop.

Sung by rapper Divine, the song is produced by Nucleya whereas the leading actor penned the powerful lyrics. Helmed by Anurag Kashyap, 'Mukkabaaz' will hit the theatres on January 12, 2018. The film was earlier highly appreciated at the Toronto Film Festival and MAMI.
