The biggest sporting action for football fans across the globe is set to begin in few hours. The FIFA World will kick off with a match between Saudi Arabia and host Russia at 8:30 pm on Thursday at the Luzhniki stadium. Both the teams are placed in Group A.

Indian football fans can watch the game live on their smartphones and computer.

Jio TV: Bringing FIFA 2018 to its consumers, Reliance Jio has announced that it would broadcast football World Cup matches live on the Jio TV App for free. JioTV can also be accessed from web browsers. Jio users just need to input their Jio ID to be eligible to watch the matches.

Airtel TV: Airtel too has announced that it would provide live broadcast of FIFA 2018 matches to its customers using the Airtel TV App. A statement from Airtel reads, “Sporting enthusiasts across India, will now be able to enjoy an integrated experience with Airtel TV with live broadcasts of the upcoming football tournament available to users in various local languages in addition to Hindi and English - keeping in mind the diverse Indian landscape with football fans spread all over.”

Users will have to upgrade their Airtel TV app to the latest version to be able to use the service.

SonyLIV: In India, Sony Pictures is the official broadcaster of the FIFA World Cup. You can watch World cup matches using the SonyLIV app on your phone. SonyLIV subscribers will be able to watch the football matches in real time. For those who do not have a SonyLIV subscription, the match will be available but with a delay of five minutes and with in-app advertisements.

Apple too has announced that Siri will provide its users with live updates of the game, schedule, team rosters and other information.
