Virender Sehwag Felicitated By BCCI At Feroz Shah Kotla

(Twitter @‏virendersehwag)[/caption] Virender Sehwag was felicitated by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) on Thursday before the start of the fourth and final Test between India and South Africa at Feroz Shah Kotla. The two ends of Kotla, Sehwag's home ground were named 319 and 309 in honour of Sehwag's triple tons. Sehwag had retired from international cricket on October 20. BCCI secretary Anurag Thakur was present at the ceremony. Sehwag was was presented with a silver plaque commemorating his achievements. Sehwag was thankful to his captains for showing faith in him and thanked the likes of Rahul Dravid, Sourav Ganguly and Sachin Tendulkar for helping him. "I would like to thank all my captains, friends and coaches who have helped me to reach where I am. A big thanks to Ganguly, Dravid and Tendulkar for moulding me in my career," he said. Sehwag's family including his kids were also present for the ceremony.
