In a yet another exciting match between India and Pakistan in the Asia Cup 2018 on Sunday, India won by 9 wickets in the Dubai International stadium.

Chasing the target of 238 runs, India won the match easily, as it did earlier in the league stage match against Pakistan.

Pakistan team played really well from its previous match against India and had decided to bat first after winning the toss but could not able to convert it into a win.

Shoaib Malik scored highest 78 runs and Sarfraz Ahmed scored 44 runs from Pakistan side to post a competitive total of 237 runs on the board. The 237 total was competitive enough to defend as Pakistan has a strong bowling line-up with Mohammad Amir like seamer who has a potential to turn the game.

But Pakistan bowling was not looking same as it used and had surrender against Rohit Sharma and Shikhar Dhawan.

Both the Indian players had displayed an excellent batting with Sharma scored 111 runs and Dhawan scored 114 runs to reach the target in the 39.3 overs.

Captain Sharma leading from the front in the Asia Cup 2018 scored unbeaten 111 runs by hitting 4 long sixes and 7 boundaries in 119 balls whereas Dhawan scored 114 runs by hitting 17 boundaries and 2 sixes in 100 balls.

Both the players gave a strong foundation to win over its arch-rival Pakistan in the Asia Cup 2018.

Indian bowling has also performed well as Jasprit Bumrah, Yuzvendra Chahal and Kuldeep Yadav took 2 wickets each.
