THE FAMOUS SELFIE : Benjamin Netanyahu Poses With Big B, KJo & Other Bolly A-Listers

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is currently touring India and reached to attend the shalom Bollywood event on Thursday in Mumbai. The nation's guest was welcomed by the biggest star of B-Town including Amitabh Bachchan, Karan Johar, Aishwarya Rai among others.

However, one eye-catchy incident which became the starry night's highlight was a famous selfie. The Prime Minister of  Israel shared a goofy picture by on his official Twitter handle filled with the famous personalities of Bollywood. The photograph has gone viral within minutes of being uploaded.

Netanyahu captioned the picture, "Will my Bollywood selfie beat @TheEllenShow Hollywood selfie at the Oscars? @SrBachchan @juniorbachchan @rajcheerfull @imbhandarkar @vivek_oberoi ".

Apart from the Bachchan family, Vivek Oberoi and Madhur Bhandarkar can also be seen in the selfie. Karan Johar also posted a picture with the Israeli  PM with the caption, "A complete honor and privilege to meet with the honourable Prime Minister of Israel @netanyahu .... such a wonderful evening with friends of the fraternity....".

At the Shalom event, Israeli PM addressed the celebrities saying, "We believe in you. We believe in Bollywood, we believe in India." He also said "I want to make a pledge tonight, if you guys come and you guys need more, we will put in more. We want Bollywood in Israel."

Later in his speech, PM Netanyahu referred to one of the most viral pictures of all time that took place at the Oscars, in which several celebrities including Brad Pitt took a selfie. After that statement, he asked all the celebrities in attendance to join him for a selfie saying 'let a few hundred million people see the friendship'.

Praising Bollywood's megastar Amitabh Bachchan, the PM said, "I just found out that Amitabh Bachchan had 30 million more followers than I do."

Netanyahu ended his speech by saying that "I looked at other stars as well and I realised that you guys are a big thing. And the reason for that is that the world loves Bollywood, Israel loves Bollywood and I love Bollywood. We are putting our money where our mouth is."
