Fulfilling one of his major poll promises in the recent Delhi elections, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal relaunched the much hyped anti corruption Helpline Number ‘1031’ on Sunday. CM Arvind Kejriwal & Deputy CM Manish Sisodia launched the anti-corruption helpline. Kejriwal made a mock call on the number to launch the service.
