And this association gave Bollywood memorable films like Satya and Shool. While Kashyap wrote the script and dialogues, along with Saurabh Shukla, for Satya, he went to script Kaun and pen dialogues for Shool, which were made by Ram Gopal Varma. But soon after, Kashyap and Varma parted ways to pursue their solo dreams in the tinsel town. And now, it has probably reached the worst, with an open war between the two on social media. Last week saw the release of Kashyap’s ambitious project, Bombay Velvet, which neither impressed the critics, nor clicked at the box office. Following this, Kashyap took to social media website Facebook, defending his film and claiming that it was one close to his heart. But this did not go down well with his one-time mentor Ram Gopal Varma, who took a dig at Kashyap on Twitter, saying it's like saying "I don't care if you don't love me". But this was not all, in fact, was just the beginning. Kashyap did not waste much time in hitting back at the filmmaker, advising him to keep his "vodka aside and sleep". And then, the spat went on, and ended up trending on the microblogging website.
