The Post Mortem reports of the shocking death case of apple executive Vivek Tiwari were released on Tuesday. The reports exposed the lies of the Uttar Pradesh police as it confirmed that the victim was hit a point-blank range.

According to media reports, apart from the autopsies other facts show that the police deliberately tried to cover up the incident. Tiwari’s wife Kalapana was not informed about her husband till 3 am in the morning.

The CCTV footage also revealed that UP Police had mishandled the case and it also turned down the claims of Constable Prashant Chaudhary who had claimed that he shot Vivek in self defense.

The footage showed that Tiwari was driving at a normal speed and he was shot at his head (point blank range).

Chaudhary while speaking to the media had said that he was forced to fire in self-defence. He also claimed that when he tried to stop Tiwari for routine checking, the latter tried to run him over and to damage his motorcycle.
