Pulwama terror attack mastermind Kamran and another terrorist were killed by the security forces on Monday in the ongoing encounter in South Kashmir's Pinglan area of Pulwama district.

The house in which the terrorists were holed up was blasted by security forces. Mufti Abdullah and Kamran were suspected to be masterminds of the attack on the CRPF convoy.

The encounter continues as security forces suspect one more militant is holed up. It also claimed the lives of four Indian Army jawans, including a Major-rank officer. The deceased belonged to the 55 Rashtriya Rifles.

Initially, some Pakistan-based Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) militants opened fire on the security forces. A major gun battle broke out between security officials and the terrorists, leading to severe injuries to four jawans, who later succumbed to their injuries.

India has already begun efforts to isolate Pakistan on the international level. India will urge the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) an international monetary watchdog, to blacklist Pakistan. The FATF has already included Pakistan in its 'grey list'. Blacklisting may spell fresh trouble for Pakistan's dwindling economy
