Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Monday lashed out at the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi Anil Baijal, the Central Bureau of Investigation and the anti-corruption bureau for filing cases against Aam Aadmi Party Ministers in the Delhi Government on ‘the directions of the LG and BJP leaders.’

Speaking at a press conference, Kejriwal listed out the cases filed by the CBI and the ACB against AAP leaders. As per the list, 4 of the six cases have BJP leaders as complainants, one filed on the direction of the LG while one has an anonymous complainant.

The list shared by Kejriwal has 8 CBI cases, all of which have been filed on the direction of former LG Najeeb Jung and present LG Anil Baijal.

“All ACB cases against us were filed by BJP leaders. All CBI cases were filed on the complaints of the LG.” Kejriwal said.

Targeting BJP President Amit Shah Kejriwal said, “The CBI reports directly to Amit Shah. I want to ask the status report of previous cases filed against us.”

“Instead of filing fresh cases against us why don’t you act on the previous cases filed against us if we are wrong? All the cases have been filed by BJP leaders and its lawyers.” He added.

He alleged that the Delhi Government was being hounded for the last three years by CBI, ED and the Delhi Police. Kejriwal insisted that this was an effort to stop the pro-public work being done by his government.
