"I want to say that the way he has tweeted the name of the leader of the House falls under the category of privilege," said Yadav.

Rahul Gandhi in his tweet had made a dig at Finance Minister Arun Jaitley's clarification on Prime Minister Narendra Modi's comments on former PM Dr Manmohan Singh and former Vice President Hamid Ansari, which had been a source for controversy in the Parliament.

In his tweet, Rahul made a pun on the Union Minister's last name, and said  "Dear Mr Jaitlie - thank you for reminding India that our PM never means what he says or says what he means."
