Navaratri is one of the most celebrated festivals in India which is enjoyed with full spirits and great enthusiasm. In Navaratri, each night is dedicated to one of nine forms of Nav-Durga, hence each night has its own significance in terms of colours as well.

During Navaratri, followers often dress with the colour code as per Hindu rituals and wear particular colours on each day or night. Here are colours for Navaratri 2018:

Day 1 (October 10)

Royal Blue

Goddess Durga is worshiped as Shailaputri on this day.

Day 2 (October 11)

Yellow

Goddess Durga is worshipped as Brahmacharini on this day.

Day 3 (October 12)

Green

Goddess Durga is worshipped as Chandraghanta on this day.

Day 4 (October 13)

Grey

Goddess Durga is worshipped as Kushmanda on this day.

Day 5 (October 14)

Orange

Goddess Durga is wworshipped as Skandamata on this day.

Day 6 (October 15)

White
