Seeds of certain fruits and flowers turn out to be excellent superfoods. They are easily available and a far better option to remain fit and have good skin rather than applying artificial products or consuming canned items for instant energy.

1. Papaya Seeds
Papaya seeds are a great source of calcium, magnesium, and phosphorus. It is very good for the digestive system because it contains anti-inflammatory properties. They can be eaten with honey which will give a great taste as well as boost your body mechanism.
2. Pumpkin Seeds
Pumpkin seeds have omega 6 fats and MUFA. They are a rich source of manganese, copper, potassium, calcium, iron, magnesium, zinc and selenium. These seeds are also good in Vitamin E and B complex vitamins. Soak them for 5 minutes and then mix with oil and salt. Your healthy bowl is ready.
3. Flax Seeds
These seeds contain fiber, Vitamin B1 and also are a rich source of omega 3 fats. Flax seeds can be roasted, used in pulses or consumed after tossing it up with oil and salt. It is highly beneficial.
4. Chia seeds
They are an excellent source of calcium and magnesium. Also containing omega 3 fats, chia seeds have more reasons than one to be consumed. The seeds must be soaked overnight and consumed right in the morning before anything else.
5. Watermelon seeds
Watermelon seeds are a great source of omega 6 fats. It also contains minerals like magnesium, phosphorus, zinc, iron, potassium, and copper. They are rich in B-complex vitamins and must be dried and then consumed for maximum benefits.
