Vegetables have a higher value of nutrition. It is important to include vegetables in our daily diet which contains essential nutrients such as folic acid, manganese, vitamin C and antioxidants that combat free radicals. 
Here is a list of the nutritious vegetables that everyone should include in their daily diet, as suggested by the Nutritionist at the health app 'Lifesum'.
Spinach contains antioxidants that combat free radicals. It also contains a great deal of potassium which increases the speed of neurons and helps the brain to be more responsive. Vitamin C present in Spinach helps the body to fight infection.
Sweet potato
Sweet potato is rich in dietary fibre which helps to reduce blood sugar and insulin spikes. It does a great work in reducing ultimate belly fat. It keeps the skin on as it possesses healing potential with its high level of vitamin A and potassium content. 
Beans are a great source of nutrition. They contain essential amino acid, it helps our body to convert fatty acids into energy and lower the cholesterol levels. Beans contain folate and vitamin B which affects neurotransmitters that helps to boost your mood. 
Aubergines are a rich source of the mineral. It contains high potassium which is good for metabolism and magnesium. It helps to relax the muscles and also aid in improving sleep. This good vegetable helps in keeping the skin nourished and has anti-ageing properties.

Speaking of the belly fat, it reminds me of one funny thing. Belly Fat is the common issue for ladies (not really true), especially the married ones. Of course exercise the best and healthy method to practice but it requires patience and hard-work and the right way and it does takes long time to see the effect.
