Yamla Pagla Deewana Phir Se Starring the Deol Family Release Date Postponed

The upcoming movie 'Yamla Pagla Deewana Phir Se' starring the Deol family which was earlier scheduled to release on August 15, 2018, has now been pushed ahead by a week, media reported on Tuesday. The upcoming action comedy will now hit the screens on August 31.

The movie is the third installment of Yamla Pagla Deewana film series starring Sunny Deol, Bobby Deol, and Dharmendra. The movie is produced by Kamayani Punia Sharma, Aarushi Malhotra and will star Kriti Kharbanda, Arsani, Satish Kaushik in supporting roles.

The release date being pushed, as this independence day is going to witness a clash between Akshay Kumar starring Gold and John Abraham's Satyameva Jayate.

Trade analyst Taran Adarsh took to Twitter and shared the news.  

'Gold' the sports drama traces the journey of a man dreaming to win free India's first Gold in Hockey. The film set in the backdrop of 1948 Summer Olympics will present Akshay Kumar in a completely new avatar as he guides the national team to victory battling all challenges thrown at him.

Laced with patriotic fervour and national spirit, Gold marks the official debut for television actress Mouni Roy. The film also features Kunal Kapoor, Vineet Kumar Singh, Amit Sadh, Sunny Kaushal in pivotal roles.

Meanwhile 'Satyamev Jayate' is a thriller drama vigilante film which has been directed by Milap Zaveri and co-produced by Bhushan Kumar Krishan Kumar, Monisha Advani, Madhu Bhojwani and Nikkhil Advani respectively.

Both the movies are releasing on the same date of August 15.
