Bollywood celebs recently witnessed another extravagant night of celebration and joy with their fellow artists on Saturday. An array of Hindi Film Fraternity contributors graced the prestigious event of honouring the successful filmmakers and actors at the 63rd Filmfare Awards.

Clad in the best of their outfits, celebrated faces reached the glamorous event supporting the biggest smiles on their faces to witness the best out of the rest taking the famous black lady home. Among the many nominated icons, some won, some didn't but all enjoyed the event to the core.

Hosted by Shah Rukh Khan, the awards night saw some power-packed performances by the renowned actors including Akshay Kumar, Ranveer Singh, Ayushmann Khurrana, Parineeti Chopra and others while presenting honouring the legends for their great work.

Many critically acclaimed actors received the prestigious award for their praise-worthy performances in their respective films, however, it was Vidya Balan and Irrfan Khan who stole the night. 'The Dirty Picture' actress was awarded for her impactful performance in Suresh Triveni's Tumhari Sulu by the eternal beauty Rekha herself.

Her counterpart Irrfan Khan, who seemed to have given the award show a miss, received the Best Actor in Leading Role (Male) award for Hindi Medium. Though Rajkumar Rao hit the jackpot by taking two black ladies home, one for as the Supporting Role (Popular) and others Critics' Award for Best Actor.

Aamir Khan's Secret Superstar, which failed to create magic on box-office, also had its fair share of awards as Meher Vij won the Best Actress in a Supporting Role whereas Zaira Wasim claimed the Critics' Award for Best Actress. Konkona Sen Sharma and Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari won awards for their respective directorial.
