Varun Dhawan's Dream Comes True, Unveils His Wax Statue At Madame Tussauds Hong Kong

'Judwaa 2' star Varun Dhawan is currently on cloud nine as his dream of having a wax statue in Madame Tussauds has finally come true. The 30-year-old actor unveiled his own Judwaa aka wax statue in Hong Kong and became the youngest Bolly celeb to have the honour.

The actor is over the moon and expressed his joy saying, "This is a dream come true. The first time I visited Madame Tussauds in England with my parents and brother I posed with the statue of Mahatma Gandhi. Today I am very emotional as I see my own statue here."

Varun's proud parents, David Dhawan and Karuna Dhawan also reached to witness their son's dream coming true and swelled up with pride. Sharing some awe-inspiring pictures of his doppelganger, Varun Dhawan wrote, "All the magic all the love all the way from Hong Kong."

The actor also shared that an interesting fact about the jacket worn by his wax statue. Apparently, the jacket actually belongs to the actor which he wore in Remo D'Souza's dance film ABCD 2. He tweeted, "The jacket is the same jacket I have worn in ABCD 2."

Varun Dhawan expressed his joy along the lines, "I am so glad to be here. I would like to say a warm thank you to Madame Tussauds Hong Kong and my fans. I have visited Madame Tussauds when I was six and I can't believe I can be the one to stand next to the figures of various celebrities and world leaders one day. I'm so excited to finally see my figure. It is so real."

The fact that Varun is the second Indian actor to get a wax statue in Hong Kong following the megastar, Amitabh Bachchan has multiplied his joy. The legendary Indian figures Mahatma Gandhi and Narendra Modi also have their statue there.
