Growing tantrums of Kapil Sharma have been the reason for his downfall earlier and the same is happening again. As they say, one's loss is someone else's gain. But why is it that Krushna Abhishek gains from Kapil Sharma's loss most of the time?

Sony Entertainment Television's spokesperson has confirmed that the popular comedy show, 'The Kapil Sharma Show' which is telecast on weekends at 9 pm is going off-air. Though, it will be for a short time span until Kapil gets well.

The Spokesperson reasoned, “Kapil has been under the weather for some time now. Due to this, we have mutually agreed to take a short break. However, once Kapil has recovered completely, we will start shooting again. We value our relationship with Kapil and wish him a speedy recovery.”

The show has been suffering for a while. Many of the comedy show's team members have recently walked out leading to the dropping TRPs. Due to stress, Kapil's health has been deteriorating, which led to many of his previous shoots being canceled.

Many Bollywood actors including Shah Rukh Khan, Anil Kapoor, Ajay Devgn and Aishwarya Rai had to go back home after waiting for Kapil's arrival on the show's set. The latter though never showed up.

Kapil's friend and colleague, Upasana Singh has also expressed her concern towards Kapil's health. She said, "I have heard about five shoots being canceled. It pains me to see Kapil's show reach this point after being number one for so long. It never happened back then."

She added, "There was a collective effort from the entire cast to make the show a hit and I never expected it to go downhill. Mujhe bahut afsos hota hai. I believe Kapil akela padd gaya hai jab se bahut log usse alag ho gaye hain. I think he is under immense stress and tension and is overworked."

Krushna Abhishek's 'Drama Comedy' will replace Kapil's show till he gets well. Earlier also during Kapil's disagreement with Colors, Krushna's show replaced Sharma's long-running comedy show. The comedian has promised his viewers to come back with a bang once he recovers his health.

We wish Kapil gets well soon!
