The show will go on air from Monday (May 25) at 7 PM. Actress Jigyasa Singh is playing the lead role in the show. She will be seen as a stammering girl named Vaani Chaturvedi. The show highlights how Vaani struggles with her stammering. She is also referred to as Thapki, a word which used by people to signify that a stammer can be broken by a pat on the back. ‘Thapki Pyar Ki’ is a light-hearted touching story, which will surely motivate the viewers to go beyond their limitations and not give up on their dreams. Jointly produced by SOL and Shoonya Square Productions, the daily soap stars Jigyasa Singh as Thapki, Pratiksha Lonkar as her mother, Shakti Singh as her father, Sheena Bajaj as her sister and Shubh Kalra as her brother. Recently the lead actress Jigyasa revealed that she is excited about playing the lead 'Thapki' and there is no difference between her 'reel' and 'real' personality. She even confessed that like her on-screen persona, she too stammers in real life. The show will replace
