The Oshiwara Police on Monday, while investigating the sexual harassment case against Nana Patekar, sent summons to actress Daisy Shah and asked her to record her statement in the case.

Actress Tanushree Dutta has alleged that Nana Patekar misbehaved with her on the sets of 'Horn Ok Pleasss' in 2008 while shooting for a special dance number for the movie, and filed an FIR against the star.

However, Patekar has refused the allegations against him. According to media reports Patekar’s lawyer Aniket Nikam, "All allegations against him (Nana Patekar) are false and far from the truth".

The notice mentioned that while the song was being shot on the sets of Horn Ok Pleassss, Shah was present there. She was then working as an assistant choreographer under Ganesh Acharya.

Speaking to media Shah said, "I was just an assistant choreographer who knew nothing about what all was happening. I have nothing to say about it."

She also added "My job over there was only to teach steps. I wasn’t the part of the internal conversation of what was happening and not happening. I was just like a random person who was shooting on that film."

Dutta also accused choreographer Ganesh Acharya, film's director Rakesh Sarang and producer Samee Siddique of ganging up against her by witnessing everything mutely and not saying anything.

In response to the same, choreographer Ganesh Acharya recently sent Tanushree a 12-page letter by his lawyer Padma Shelatkar, denying all allegations made by her.
