Another change in Bollywood calendar, the movie Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety which was scheduled to release on February 9 had been rescheduled to release on February 23 due to the new release dates of Sanjay Leela Bhansali's epic 'Padmaavat' and Akshay Kumar's starrer Padman, so that is should not make a clash between the movies.

Makers of the movie didn't find it beneficial for them to release their movie with the other two big movies at the same time that's why they decided to postpone their release date.

According to a report Luv Ranjan, the writer and director of the movie Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety said it didn't seem logical to stick to a crowded Friday.

The movie Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety is based on a love triangle established in Delhi and Uttar Pradesh featuring the three young faces of Bollywood. Kartik Aaryan, Nushrat Bharucha and Sunny Singh will be playing the lead roles. The film is produced by t-series' Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar and Luv films' Luv Ranjan and Ankur Garg.

jJust a few days back Akshay Kumar also shifted the dates of his awaited film 'Padman' from January 25 to February 9, leaving the pre-republic window of theatres opened for the Sanjay Leela Bhansali's  'Padmaavat'. Also after this clash, the makers of 'Aiyaary' altered their release dates from January 25 to February 9. With that 'Padman' and 'Aiyaary' will be competing in the box office in the same week.
