Bollywood's Bhai Salman Khan To Have 5 Different Avatars In 'Bharat'

One of the biggest names of the Bollywood industry, Salman Khan booked Eid 2019 for his third alliance with director Ali Abbas Zafar with his upcoming film titled 'Bharat'. The actor will be portraying five different looks with the help of prosthetics and VFX in the film which covers 70 years, beginning in the 1940s.

As the movie spans seven decades, so they decided to feature five extremely different looks. Through Salman's eyes, 'Bharat' is a beautiful story in which each 'Avatar' will reflect the character's transition; reflecting his life and times. According to director Ali, shooting will start in June 2018 but will kick off screens on February 6, 2019.

The film is an official remake of 2014 Korean Drama, 'An Ode To My Father'. The film is produced by Salman's brother-in-law Atul Agnihotri and will be shooted in Punjab, Delhi as well as in parts of Abu Dhabi and Spain.

Ali once mentioned while talking about the idea of remaking 'An Ode To My Father', how "it was Salman who had suggested me to watch the original film and work on it after 'Tiger Zinda Hai', that film came to me from Salman himself. I saw the film and really liked it but you can't make the film exactly how it is in the original. After Tiger Zinda Hai, Salman said, you do this Ali".

Salman Khan is currently shooting for Remo D'Souza's Race 3 in Mumbai with Jacqueline Fernandez, Daisy Shah, Bobby Deol and Freddy Daruwala produced by Salman's brother Arbaaz Khan. Also, Salman will be back with his reality show 'Dus Ka Dum' with its third season in June.
