Oops! Raza Murad Mistakenly Leaked His 'Padmavati' Look, Deletes Later

'Padmavati' filmmakers are leaving no stone unturned for creating the required amount of buzz among the millennials gradually before the film's release. Though, some things can't be controlled, like Raza Murad.

The veteran actor who will be seen playing a daunting old monarch mistakenly leaked his look in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's period drama, followed which he rushed to delete the picture from his Facebook account.

Murad was not fast enough because the eager fans of the film already took screenshots of the post which are now floating around the internet. Presumably, the actor was not supposed to upload the picture, given all the three leads revealed their first looks at a considerable time difference.

The actor will be seen playing the role of Jalaluddin Khilji, which was revealed in the spoiler added by the man himself to his picture. He also added a little backgrounder to his character informing the readers regarding the importance of his role in the film.

The post read, "This is my look in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Padmavati. I am playing Jalaluddin Khilji who was the first ruler of Khilji dynasty in India. He ruled India (1290-1296) for six years and was killed by his paternal nephew and son in law, Alauddin Khilji, who took over the throne after killing his uncle and father in law- Ranveer Singh has played Allaudin Khilji."

He added, "Deepika Padukone plays the titular role of Padmavati and Shahid Kapoor plays Rawal Ratan Singh, the ruler of Chittor, Deepika’s husband. The film would be released on 1st December, all over the world."

In the picture, Raza is supporting a dark look which has left 'Padmavati' fans more excited and curious. He is donning a dark fur, a massive stone on his turban and a necklace which is complimenting his overall look.

'Padmavati' revolves around the story of queen Padmini of Chittore her husband Rawal Ratan Singh and the adversities they face while fighting the tyrant ruler Alauddin Khilji. The film is slated to hit the theatres on December 1.
