Ranveer Singh 'Breaks Free' While Imitating Freddie Mercury In Switzerland

Bollywood's powerhouse performer Ranveer Singh is currently vacationing around in Switzerland and having the time of his life. The actor has been sharing the clicks of his adventures on social media but the latest one might worry Rami Malek, who has been chosen for Freddie Mercury biopic.

Amidst the sledge-riding with huskies and enjoying the cool emitted by snow-covered glaciers, Ranveer reached to pay tribute to the pop sensation Freddie Mercury at Montreux Riviera where the iconic bronze statue of the Queen frontman has been placed. Imitating the lead, Singh left the masses impressed.

Currently touring Switzerland as the country's brand ambassador for tourism, Ranveer lip-synced Freddie's hit number 'I Want To Break Free' while swinging to the tune and grooving along with a mic. With a thick layer of gel in his hair, a moustache and Freddie's signature costume, Singh won over the viewers.

Known for his quirky persona, Ranveer has never failed to showcase his respect for the world-renowned artists and paying them tribute in his own unique way. In the small clip shared by the actor himself of his performance in front of the icon's statue, he is resembling the Queen's lead vocalist to precision.

Ranveer is visiting a number of places in the land of mountains and undoubtedly giving away some serious vacation goals. He visited Glacier 3000 and shared his high-level experience while walking across the 107 meter-long and 3000 meter-high altitude bridge and riding the sledge with huskies.

The actor has recently wrapped up the shooting for Zoya Akhtar's much-awaited film 'Gully Boy' co-starring Alia Bhatt and Kalki Koechlin. Apart from the film celebrating local Mumbai rappers, Ranveer also has Rohit Shetty's 'Simmba' in his kitty. Bankrolled by Karan Johar, the film also starring Sara Ali Khan is slated to release in December.
