Prabhu Deva To Direct Salman Khan And Sonakshi Sinha-Starrer Dabangg 3

Salman Khan is going to start the shooting of the third segment of ‘Dabangg’ series very soon. It is being said that the film can hit the screens in December this year. Last two parts of the film were directed by Salman’s brother Arbaaz Khan but this time the director of the film has been replaced with none other than legendary choreographer Prabhu Deva, media reported on Saturday.

Salman is currently shooting for his movie ‘Race 3’ and after that, he will start the shooting for ‘Dabangg 3’. Arbaaz, the producer of the film himself has revealed the name of Prabhu Deva in front of everyone. Prabhu Deva himself stamped this news saying, “Yes I am directing Dabangg 3, who can refuse to work with Salman and Arbaaz? We are quite close to each other for a long time and have a good friendship between us."

According to reports of an interview, Prabhu Deva said that he went Mumbai to finalize the film details and now he can say that he will make the film Dabangg 3 with Salman and Arbaaz. He said that there will be no other change in the film. The casting of the film will remain the same. Apart from this, the Sajid-Wajid duo will also be retained for the music of the film. He said he will be the only new face in the film and everything besides him will be similar to previous Dabangg series.

Prabhu Deva last worked with Salman Khan in the film Wanted in 2009 which was a remake of Telugu film Pokiri. It cannot be denied that Wanted was a comeback movie of Salman’s career. During that time, many of Salman’s films were a flop and his career was considered to be over. After Salman worked with Prabhu Deva the film proved to BlockBuster which took off Salman’s career again.

Afrom form this, it will be the fifth film of Prabhu Deva with Sonakshi Sinha and Arbaaz will also be in the lead role in the film. Salman’s role in this movie also will be of a rowdy policeman. Prabhu Deva last directed Hindi film was ‘Singh Is Bling’  which he did with Akshay Kumar.
