Actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui has established a niche for himself in Bollywood with his strong roles and acting prowess. From playing the non-significant roles with pure dedication to reaching the most promising actor's list, the actor's journey has always fascinated his dedicated fans.

Siddiqui will give his admirers an insight about his life and love affairs in his biography 'An Ordinary Life', few excerpts of which are currently breaking the internet. Along with the co-author, Rituparna Chatterjee, Nawaz has revealed about his many affairs, one of which was with his 'Miss Lovely' co-star Niharika Singh.

The actor revealed that the duo started seeing each other while shooting the film when he was still in a relationship with 'Suzanne: a lovely, dear Jewish girl from New Jersey, who lived in New York City', who after staying with Nawaz for months returned home due to her visa expiration.

The 43-year-old went on to reveal that how his relationship with Niharika blossomed after she enticed him into sleeping with her, following which Suzanne started contacting him back through emails. Feeling guilty for forgetting about her and giving into his sexual desires, he ignored her emails and lived his life normally.

Though, he got the shock of his life when he realised that Niharika was mailing to Suzanne behind his back, that too from his own email ID. Nawaz claimed in his book that after getting past that obstacle, the two were together fora good one and a half years. Apparently, his statements didn't sit well with his former partner.

Breaking her silence on her affair with Nawazuddin, Niharika has accused the actor of lying about their entire relationship just to sell his book. Addressing his great potential in acting, Singh slammed the actor for his will to "exploit and disrespect a woman" to sell his book.

In an interview with a leading website, she clarified, "Nawaz and I had a brief relationship during the making of Miss Lovely that lasted less than a few months in 2009. So today when he paints me as a woman in fur enticing him into her bedroom with candles, or desperately calling him and emailing other women on his behalf, I can only laugh."

She claims that Siddiqui has modified the facts about their affair for his own benefit. Niharika said, "He obviously wants to sell his book and it would appear that he is willing to exploit and disrespect a woman just to do so. He has chosen to fabricate stories and manipulate a fleeting relationship."

Not even a significant amount of time has passed since Supreme Court implemented the Fundamental Right to Privacy for every citizen and it has already been exploited. Niharika's claims clarify that her consent was not taken before baring her life to the world in Nawaz's book.

She concluded, "None of what he has written has been with my knowledge, let alone my consent. It is this very aspect of Nawaz that caused me to end my relationship with him in the first place. I have always maintained that he’s a brilliant actor. However, I had hoped that these acting skills would be confined only to the screen. Still, I wish him well."

Nawaz is married to Anjali Siddiqui who is reportedly his second wife. The couple shares two children together- a son and a daughter. Siddiqui family stays away from the limelight and likes to spend time in the confines of their home rather than partying to celebrate like most stars do.
