The makers of Vidyut Jammwal starrer ‘Junglee’ dropped a teaser poster of the film on Tuesday. The first official trailer of the action-adventure drama will release tomorrow.

On the poster, an elephant’s trunk intertwined with a muscled arm, the poster is a clear depiction of the bond Vidyut’s character shares with his elephant friend, Bhola as they team up to fight against their nemesis.

While we have seen various glimpses of the two in past promo stills, this is the first time that we get to see the ‘bad guys’ – the poachers, leaving a trail of destruction while combing the jungles for their next kill.

The film has been directed by Hollywood filmmaker Chuck Russell, who is known for his popular films The Mask and The Scorpion King. Junglee will be Russell's debut in the Hindi film industry.

In a recent interview, Jammwal expressed his excitement on working with Chuck on Junglee stating that it was an honor to work with the helmer of Arnold Schwarzenegger’s action-adventure Eraser and the iconic A Nightmare on Elm Street 3: Dream Warriors.

Produced by Junglee Pictures, the film is touted to be a family film, an adventure ride revolving around Vidyut's character. The actor plays a vet, who fights an international poachers racket upon return to his father's elephant reserve. It seems to be an endearing story about the friendship between Vidyut's character and the elephant.

Apart from Vidyut, Pooja Sawant and Asha Bhatt are also a part of the film. Produced by Vineet Jain and co-produced by Priti Shahani, it is slated to release on April 5 this year.
