Beating Aamir Khan's Dangal, Salman Khan-starrer 'Race 3' has reportedly topped the list of Bollywood films for striking highest satellite rights deal. While Mr Perfectionist's sports drama earlier held the spot with Rs 110 crore deal, the action-thriller has bagged a whopping Rs 130 crore.

As per Mumbai Mirror report, a major television network has sealed the deal with a phenomenal amount for making the deal with 'Race 3' makers. The development has given another reason to the film's cast and crew for rejoicing as this single deal had recovered the film's entire production cost.

Producer Ramesh Taurani, however, refused to comment on the rumoured figure and told Hindustan Times, "Big-budget films like Race 3 need to sell off the (satellite and digital) rights at a high cost in order to enter the safe zone."

While film's trailer didn't garner many positive responses due to various reasons, the released songs - Heeriye, Selfish, Allah Duhai Hai and Party Chale On, were liked by the masses, as reason due to which the audience is looking forward to the film apart from the starry ensemble cast.

The third installment of the much-loved Race series, 'Race 3' also stars Anil Kapoor, Bobby Deol, Jacqueline Fernandez, Daisy Shah, Saqib Saleem and Freddy Daruwala in pivotal roles. Helmed by Remo D'Souza, the film is slated to release on June 15.
