Before Bengaluru Performance Sunny Leone Gets A Warning To Wear Pro- Kannada Outfit

Sunny Leone is all set to perform in the White Orchid Hotel in Manyata Tech Park located on the Outer Ring Road in Bengaluru at a Kannada and a Bollywood fusion night on November 3.

According to reports in media, organisers described that contemporary folk music producer Raghu Dixit will entertain the audience for almost an hour and a half. Sunny Leone and her team will perform at least to two or three Bollywood and Kannada songs.

Speaking to media, managing director of Time Creations, Harish said that it will be a Kannada and Bollywood fusion night they are expecting 6000 people for the event. The hotel has a capacity of 10,000 people but the organisers don't want a house-full.

Praveen Shetty, president of Kannada Rakshana Vedike (KRV), told that they are not against Sunny Leone to perform in Bengaluru since the law allows anyone to go anywhere in this country. He also revealed that Kannada Rajyotsava is celebrated throughout November and pro-Kannada outfits want prestige given to Kannada and its culture.

In a veiled threat, he says, "That programme should also be in Kannada and if they fail to do so, we will request the home minister and police commissioner to stop the function."

To avoid any sort of problem, the organisers have already secured permission from the Home Minister and police commissioner to go ahead with high-profile-event. On December 2017, pro-Kannada outfits had protested against Sunny Leone performing in the city, resulting in the show getting cancelled.
