Atrocities against women at the workplace have caught multiple eyeballs in the recent times with females from every walk of life raising their voice against sexual harassment. However, showbiz has always been at the top of all industries for assaulting aspiring entrants in their vulnerable states.

A number of actresses have condemned the practice of casting couch in Entertainment industry but veteran choreographer Saroj Khan apparently doesn't feel that there is anything wrong with the act as ambitious females "mutually" agree to such practice for landing themselves a launching pad.

In a bizarre statement, she said, "It is up to the girl, what she wants to do. If you don't want to fall into wrong hands, you won't. If you have art, why would you sell yourself?" Further justifying the practice as consensual, she added, "It provides livelihood at least. It does not rape and leave you."

When the three-time National Award-winning choreographer was asked about the evil existing in the film industry, she slammed the reporters asking, "Why are you targeting the film industry?" adding, "It does not rape and leave you." She further stated that the practice has been going on for ages.

Her shocking words soon lead to a massive outrageous campaign on Twitter where users started bashing the choreographer was her poorly formed statement. Later, she apologised stating that her words weren't meant to hurt the sentiments of any individual but the damage was already done.

'Shararat' fame Shruti Seth also condemned her statement describing the practising of sexual exploitation 'WRONG'. She tweeted, "The right intent but very, very wrong words. Again, women are made incumbent to stop injustice against themselves & men have been absolved of their participation."
