AIIMS MBBS 2018 Results Declared: 4 Students Score 100 Percentile

All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) has declared the results for its Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) 2018 entrance exams on the AIIMS official ( along with the merit list. A total of 4 candidates have scored 100 percentile in the exam. The counselling process will start in the month of July.

The entrance examination was conducted on May 26 and May 27. It was for the first time that the MBBS exam was conducted on two days and in two shifts each day. It is estimated that close to 3.5 lakh to 4 lakh students had appeared in the AIIMS MBBS 2018 exam.

Apart from the main centre in New Delhi which got established in 1956, there are eight other colleges at various cities across India. Through the exam, 807 seats would be filled for MBBS course at the 9 AIIMS campuses spread across India. A total of 2,649 candidates have been deemed qualified for the first round of counselling.

Candidates belonging to general category must score at least 50%, others belonging to OBC must score at least 45% and those belonging to SC/ST must score at least 40% in order to be eligible for further counselling process of AIIMS MBBS.
