Former Indian cricketer, Virender Sehwag turns 39 on Friday and Twitter users are pouring him with birthday wishes celebrating the day as #ViruDiwas but the post uploaded by his former colleague, Sachin Tendulkar has overshadowed them all.

The witty commentator, Sehwag, who is often seen and heard passing interesting comments on the players during cricket matches has himself served as a hard-hitter for years before retiring in 2015 from all the formats of cricket.

Sehwag has been known for his aggressive batting style throughout his career which has earned him the sobriquet of 'Nawab of Najafgarh'. The cricketer has many achievements in his name, one being the only Indian to score two triple centuries in Test cricket.

The fact that Sehwag shares a warm bond with Master Blaster is not hidden from the world. The two have opened many matches together and were even considered the most feared pair during 2003.

Reminiscing the old days, Sachin wished Viru in a unique style while reminding the birthday boy about his tendency of never following instructions. In the post, all the words were written upside down to fortify the fact about Sehwag.

Tendulkar's lovely post read, "Happy birthday, viru! have a great start to the new year. you’ve always done ulta of what i have told you on field. so here’s one from me."

Apart from Sachin, many of the former batsman's buddies wished him in interesting manners. Photographer Atul Kasbekar aced the greeting match with his hoot-worthy creation.
