The entire team of Chennai Super Kings is rejoicing over their qualification in IPL playoffs but along harbours an emptiness over bidding farewell to Pune's Maharashtra Cricket Association Stadium, which hosted the franchise through the league matches with welcoming warmth.

Despite returning to IPL after facing two years of the match-fixing ban, the men in yellow played stellar innings throughout the season. Although, the hospitality by the ground staff and the homely vibes from Greenroom at MCA Stadium played a significant role in their performance.

As their journey at the stadium comes to an end, Dhoni took out time to share an emotional moment where he could be seen walking back to the dressing room in Pune for one last time. Accompanying him was his daughter Ziva who took the last walk to the green room with her father.

Along with the video, Dhoni wrote, "Ziva gives me company for the last walk to the Pune dressing room for this season. thanks a lot, PUNE for supporting us and turning the whole stadium yellow, hope CSK entertained you guys enough."

CSK's home games were shifted from Chennai to Pune due to the Cauvery controversy in Tamil Nadu. The two-time champions played their last league game against Kings XI Punjab (KXIP) which they won by five wickets knocking Ravichandran Ashwin’s men out of the tournament.

In another video posted by the official Twitter handle of Chennai Super Kings, Dhoni was seen playing with Ziva on the field as the bundle of cuteness ran around laughing. Deepak Chahar and Lungi Ngidi were also looming in the background looking for an opportunity to play with the little girl.

Not just did the former Indian captain honoured the ground but also the other pivotal contributors to the game like the cheerleaders and ground staff members who have worked tirelessly to keep the crowd entertained and catered to each and every requirement of the players.

Chennai will lock horns with Sunrisers Hyderabad in the first qualifier on Tuesday, May 22. Upon winning, they will go to the finals which will be held on Sunday, otherwise will have to take on the winner of the match between Kolkata Knight Riders and Rajasthan Royals on Friday.
