The affordable hatchback had crossed 50,000 advance bookings in October 2016 itself. According to reports, although the launch is expected soon, it will likely be released only after the Tata Kite5 and Tata Hexa. The Tata Tiago, irrespective of the engine option selected, is available only with a 5-speed manual transmission. Tata Motors badge is on blacked out grille with a front end. The interior design of cars feels amazing than what we really expected from Tata. The instrumental panel is neatly laid out in Tata and is capable to give the cabin a good premium feel. The Tata Tiago is available with two engines: Petrol and Diesel variants both come from the current Tiago, 1.2-litre Revotron engine is powered by petrol tiago, while 1.05-litre Revotorn motor powered by diesel tiago. The Revotron motor produces more than the revotron engine which is 69 bhp and 140 nm of torque than 84 bhp and 114 nm. Tata Tiago gives fuel efficiency of 23.84 kmpl for the petrol engine and 27.28 kmpl for the variant of diesel. Maruti Suzuki Celerio, Honda Brio, Chevrolet Beat and Hyundai Grand i10 will compete against the new launch Tata Tiago in the market.
