Anant Bajaj Of Bajaj Electricals Dies At The Age Of 41 Years

Indian business magnate and the Managing Director of Bajaj Electricals, Anant Bajaj passed away on Friday at the age of 41 years due to cardiac arrest. 

Anant Bajaj was the only son of Bajaj Electricals chairman Shekhar Bajaj

According to reports in media, he suffered a cardiac arrest around 6 pm in Mumbai.

The former Minister for telecom and a member of Parliament Milind Murli Deora expressed his grief over the shocking death of Anant Bajaj.

Deora wrote on Twitter, "Shocked and deeply saddened by the untimely death of my friend and classmate Anant Bajaj. Life is so precious - let’s love one another, live each day, reach out to each other and be kind to each other." 

He was Born on May 18, 1977, and started his career at Bajaj Electricals Ltd as a project co-ordinator in 1999.

Anant Bajaj was responsible for setting up the integrated research and development center that focuses on cutting-edge technologies to create next-generation appliances. In order to transform Bajaj Electricals, he carried out a plan known as 'Project Evolve.'

He earned his degree in commerce from Hassaram Rijhumal College of Commerce and Economics in Mumbai and had done post graduation diploma from S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai.

He had also pursued OPM (Owner President Management) program at Harvard Business School in 2013.
