After a month of testing Yamaha's new bike YZF-R3 has been spotted at company workshop in Vashi, Navi Mumbai.
Rumors of the motorcycle's introduction in the Indian market have been doing rounds for quite some time now, and with a showroom ready model spotted in Mumbai, the rumor-mill is buzzing loud.
The YZF-R3 is powered by a 320cc inline twin-cylinder DOHC engine, which pumps out 42 PS of power and 29.6 Nm of torque, the R3 comes with a 6-speed transmission.
R3 can attain a top speed of 187 kmph and can accelerate 0-60 kmph in 2.89 seconds and 0-100 kmph in 6 seconds.

The R3 is 2090mm in length, 720mm in with and 1135mm in height, It has a wheelbase of 1380mm.
The sports-bike weighs 169kg and has a fuel tank capacity of 14ltrs.
The launch of the bike is still a mystery, but Yamaha is expected to launch R3 in Indian markets soon.
