Family Thrown Out Of Theatre For Not Standing During National Anthem | Video

A video showing a family being asked to leave the theatre for not standing during national anthem has gone viral on social media. The updated video, posted on Facebook, has been shared over 2,500 times and shows that people present in the theatre asked a family to leave because they were sitting while the national anthem was being played. The 2.40 minute video clip shows audience creating ruckus, while a few people questioning the family as to why they could not stand for the national anthem when they can sit for four hours to watch the movie. However, after some time the family was forced to leave the cinema hall and the audience celebrated with a round of applause. According to reports, the incident took place during a show of the movie Tamasha at a PVR in Kurla in Mumbai.

This family should file a legal case against the person in front who did bad mouthing and case against theater for allowing gang violence by few people against the family rather than doing official complaint /police complaint if thy feel family violated any law.

This is not democracy when people start deciding what other people should do in public places, even though it is wrong. I am not saying they should not stand they should but it should be out of respect not force. If it is out of force and society fear then we lost the freedom in this country.
