As England based journalist Piers Morgan tries to troll Indian Cricketer Virender Sehwag on micro-blogging site Twitter, people turn to troll him for poking the aggressive striker on India’s loss in Women’s World Cup final.

A well-known personality, Piers Morgan is one of the most followed journalists on Twitter, with almost 6 million followers. As soon as the final match concluded India’s loss, Piers tweeted, “You OK, buddy.”

The tweet comes minutes after England defeated India by 9 runs to win the ICC Women’s Cricket World Cup 2017.

Responding to the journalist, Sehwag tweeted, “Me and all of India prouder even in this loss than you can ever be made. We fought well &will only get better & stronger. Enjoy for a change!”

After Sehwag’s befitting reply to his tweet, Piers cited one of his earlier tweets daring Sehwag to bet Rs 1 million to charity that England would win an ODI before India wins gold in the Olympics, asking him to “pay-up”.

On this, twitter users trolled the journalist and swarmed counters and bullying. One of the twitter users said, “India won 2 Olympic Golds after this tweet in September Last year in Olympic for disabled” while another said, “World Cup & Women's World Cup are 2 different events. Eng has won WWC 3 but WC 0. The bet was for WC not WWC. So wait for Olympics & WC”.
