Yezdi S Sabavala

It is good that people are uniting and presenting a one strong opinion against this two dastardly acts. But this is all going to be short lived, unless the justice delivery system is equally brutal and very swift, somewhat on the lines of army court-martial. As long as all rapist including those under the shelter of juvenile go on escaping the punishment, this types of monsters will go on emerging, e.g. culprit in Nirbhaya case are still alive and living comfortably in jail. All rapist irrespective of age of the victim, the trial has to be complete in 3 months and death penalty has to be delivered in brutal manner, which would put fear of law in the mind of all such culprits. Lets have a rape mukt Bharat.
