Relations between neighbouring nations India and Pakistan are certainly not in the best scenarios currently, as repeated attacks continue across the Line of Control (LoC), protests mar Pakistan Occupied Kashmir (PoK) and India still does not have access to alleged Indian spy Kulbhushan Jadhav, however, the conflicts come with a heavy price: lives. Both India and Pakistan suffer the loss of lives as soldiers are killed in the midst of conflicts.

Although in certain conditions conflicts cannot be avoided, a hope for peace between the two nations would certainly be welcome.

Ahead of Pakistan's Independence Day on August 14, an Indian Acapella Band Voxchord has given the country a gift. In the form of a two-minute video, the Indian band has sung the Pakistan National Anthem as a tribute for the country's upcoming Independence Day.

Before the anthem, the band members hold placards with the following message: "This is our way of wishing you, Happy Birthday Pakistan. This Independence Day, we’d like to dedicate a song to our neighbours. A song about faith, pride, and grandeur, of power, progress and perfection."
