After months of speculations, the tech giant Apple finally reported to have sent invites for a September 7th event where it is expected to unveil the iPhone 7.
According to the reports, the event has been organised at Bill Graham Civic Auditorium in San Francisco.c

According to TOI, the invite features a bokeh-like rendering of the Apple logo against a black background and reads, "See you on the 7th. Please join us for an invitation-only event at the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium in San Francisco on Wednesday, September 7, at 10:00 a.m."

Much of the speculation is that the new iPhone will sport relatively modest changes, aside from the removal of the headphone jack, considered controversial. Such a move would either require the use of wireless Bluetooth headphones, or a headphone that connects to Apple's proprietary Lightning port.
