Indian Women's team beat Pakistan after an amazing bowling performance by Ekta Bisht who took 5 wickets yet again. This is the second time that she has taken 5 wickets against Pakistan in a 50 over the game.

After a batting collapse, the Indian team could only manage 169 on the board and it was looking like Pakistan would easily win this game. But that was not meant to be as Bisht was sensational in her bowling performance and made sure India won easily over Pakistan yet again.

Nahida Khan and captain Sana Mir tried to save the match as they tried to build a partnership. But Nahida’s stay wasn’t a long one at the crease as she too was undone by Harmanpreet Kaur for 23. No other Pakistan batter managed to touch the double-figure mark as they were bundled out for 74.

Bisht kicked off with a wicket-maiden, trapping the dangerous Ayesha Zafar in front of the stumps for a seven-ball one.

Sushma Verma's cameo helped India reach a respectable total in excess of 150. The wicketkeeper-bat got a surprise promotion, ahead of Goswami, and hammered a 35-ball 33 to justify the move. Verma went after Asmavia Iqbal in particular, hammering the pacer for three boundaries and a six in the death overs to take India to 169, that looked short on the wicket at the halfway mark but eventually proved quite sufficient.
