After the top order collapse of Indian team Rohit and Dhoni kept the scoreboard running with a solid stand of 137 runs, they put the Indians in a spot of bother again in this chase.

Rohit smashed a fabulous century(133) in just 1279 balls with 10 fours and 6 sixes and also became the 3rd leading run-scorer in Ind Vs Aus ODI Series. He scored his 7th century against the Australian team and 22nd overall.

The former Indian skipper MS Dhoni also played a crucial knock as he scored a sensible 51 runs in 91 balls with 3 fours and 1 six. He also became the 5th batsmen to score 10,000 runs for India in ODI's.

Rohit and Dhoni kept his nerves and took their responsibilities. After the top-order collapse, the Indian team was looking very helpless but this sparkling duo kept the hopes alive for the team and their fans.

Indian opener Shikhar Dhawan got out for a duck on the very first ball he played. The Indian skipper Virat Kohli also joined him quickly and returned to the pavilion on just 3 runs.

Later, Dhoni and Rohit's partnership helped India to make a comeback. Dhoni got out in 33rd over but he scored an outstanding 51 runs.

Dinesh Karthik was looking in good touch but he failed to survive before the Australian pace attack. He scored 12 in 21 balls.

After 44 overs Indian team's score was 213-6 and they still need 75 runs in 34 balls.

Kuldeep and Bhuvi are still on the crease and now it is looking impossible for the Indian team to win this match.

Earlier Australia won the toss and opted to bat first. They made 288-5.
