Stay In Limit Else People Will Beat You With Shoes: Arvind Kejriwal To BJP Cadres

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Saturday got angry at protesting BJP cadres and threatened them to mend their ways and stay in limit else people of Delhi will beat them with shoes.

This happened when Arvind Kejriwal arrived Bawana to inaugurate a water pipeline. Several BJP cadres arrived at the spot with placards and black flags and started making slogans against Kejriwal.

A miffed Kejriwal said, “Aur yeh BJP waalon ko bhi chetawani deta hoon: Auqaat me raho, dilli ki Janata se panga mat lo, aise joote padengey, shakal badal jaegi (I warn these BJP cadres, stay in your limits, and do not mess with the people of Delhi else people will beat you with shoes beyond recognision).”

When he started his speech, there was no disruption. Kejriwal even welcomed the BJP workers when he began his speech.

As per reports, BJP cadres were protesting alleging that Kejriwal had cancelled the Metro that was supposed to come to Bawana and Narela in the 2021 plan. They said Kejriwal had not sanctioned the budget for the metro because of which this rural area had suffered a lot.

During his speech Kejriwal also came down heavily on the Lieutenant Governor and the Central Government. Accusing the LG of sitting on files, the Delhi CM said politics should not be against people and their welfare. He said that he will meet the LG along with his party MLA’s and threatened that if the LG did not listen entire Delhi will march to his residence. Throughout his speech he mentioned the LG as BJP’s LG.
