The Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) is going to hold a dharma sabha in Ayodhya on Sunday to push for the construction of a Ram temple on an undecided site.

According to the media report, All India Muslim Personal Law Board (AIMPLB) chief Zafaryab Jilani said, "The Muslims living in Ayodhya are terrified since about the past week. We have also asked those feeling insecure to come to Lucknow if they want."

Shiv Sainiks led by Uddhav Thackeray arrived in Ayodhya on Saturday just a day ahead of 'dharam sabha'.

Thackeray came with his family for a two-day visit. The Sena has sent 3000 party supporters from Maharashtra by two trains.

Further, the reports informed that Shiv Sena leader said "We want a date for the construction of Ram temple. First, tell us when you are going to construct the temple, the rest can be discussed later. I want a date today."

Bahujan Samaj Party chief Mayawati attacked BJP said that the prime minister is well aware of the fact that they are losing the elections in state and centre that is why they are returning back to the mandir issue through their allies like Shiv Sena, RSS, and VHP as a strategy.

"Out of the promises that the Bharatiya Janata Party, especially Prime Minister Narendra Modi had made to the people of this country during the 2014 Lok Sabha elections, I personally feel not even 50 percent of that have been fulfilled. In fact, 50 percent is also too much to say.” Mayawati said.

"BJP does not believe in either SC or constitution. BJP can go to any extent. The kind of environment there is in UP, especially in Ayodhya, the Supreme Court should take notice of it and bring Army if necessary." Akhilesh said.

Meanwhile, Ayodhya has been altered into a fortress ahead of dharma sabha which will be attended by more than 3 lakh devotees (estimated).
