In today’s fast running life one does not take care of their bodies as they should and a woman’s body starts becoming weak after a certain age. It leads to high level of psychological stress in women that leads to many bodily issues in future.
According to a study conducted in Sydney – if a woman intakes fruits and vegetables upto 5 servings a day, the level of psychological stress gradually decreases!

The study also states that intake of fruits upto 5 servings on daily basis will decrease the developing stress level upto 23% in women.
‘’We found that fruits and vegetables were more protective for women than men, suggesting that owman may benefit more from fruit and vegetables,’’ said the lead author Bihn Nguyen, doctoe student at University of Sydney in Australia.

To get credible, results the researchers included more than 60,000 Australians (upto 45 years of age ) to measure their daily fruit consumption and how their lifestyle factors added to their psychological distress and to what extent did the experiment relieved them of it.
