West Bengal Elections: Sporadic Violence Reported, Crude Bombs Recovered

The second part of the first phase of assembly polls in Wes Bengal began amid Sporadic violence, clashes were reported between CPI(M) and TMC workers at a polling booth in Chandrakona(WB). bengal bom polls According to reports, CPI(M)polling agent was hospitalised after being allegedly attacked by TMC workers. While speaking with the Media, the CPI(M) worker alleged that a group of TMC workers just entered at the poll both and started beating him with Lathis. According to reports, the violence was reported across three districts - Bankura, Burdwan and West Midnapore. Two bags with crude bombs in them found in Jamuria (Asansol,West Bengal) and Bankura district.
